About us

We only sell to independents. That is the whole business model.

Bmac Foodservice started in a Bermondsey railway arch in 2016, baking brownies for four coffee shops that were tired of buying the same tray as the chain on the high street. Today we bake in-house and work with a handful of hand-picked partner bakeries across the South East.

We do not supply supermarkets, contract caterers or national chains. Everything we do — the case sizes, the delivery days, the short list, the postcode exclusivity — exists because our customers are one, two or three-site operators who live or die by whether the counter looks better than the one down the road.

Quality is not a slogan here: we cut, weigh and taste every line before listing it, we reject more than we list, and we retire anything that stops selling. The result is a range you can trust without having to become a bakery buyer yourself.

What we hold ourselves to

Real ingredients

British butter, free-range egg, Belgian chocolate, no hydrogenated fats and no palm oil in own-baked lines.

Small batches

Nothing is baked more than 72 hours before it is blast-frozen, so the crumb still tastes like a bakery's.

Honest trading

Fixed pricing for a quarter at a time, no drop-and-run listings, and a standing offer to take back anything that disappoints.
