Trade customers can build and submit an order in our online order app. Orders placed before 2pm are scheduled into the next delivery run for your area.

- What is the minimum order?
- £80 minimum order. There is no minimum on the frozen bake-off range when added to an existing order.
- Where do you deliver?
- Our own refrigerated vans serve London and surrounding counties with deliveries twice a week depending on location.
- How long do products last?
- Frozen lines carry a 9–12 month frozen life and 3–5 days once defrosted. Ambient cookies and flapjacks typically carry 14–21 days.
- Do you supply allergen information?
- Yes. Full ingredient and 14-allergen decks come with every listing, plus PPDS-ready label text on request for Natasha's Law compliance.
